Exhibit reception will be on first come, first served basis. It will be the deadline as soon as we reach the number of scheduled exhibitors.
After application for exhibition, invoice will be issued / sent. Please transfer the booth exhibition fee to the designated bank account by the specified deadline.
The organizer decides the booth allocation for the exhibition booth. Exhibitors are not allowed to change the assigned booth without permission, or transfer or rent part or all to a third party.
The organizer will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the entire venue, but we will not be liable for damages etc. for accidents occurred in the venue such as theft, loss, loss, damage etc of the exhibit or other property.
There is no storage space for exhibits. Please keep it in each booth.
